What is BLD TRAINING PROGRAM?
BLR program is a Bar focused practical training program for bar examinees who have been challenged more than twice to pass the bar examinations. In short, para sa mga hindi sinwerte. Hahaha! Ayoko maging formal, para talaga sa mga minalas ito. Hahahaha! I designed this program to be like a friend – nakakatuwa, nakakapikon pero pakikinggan dahil genuinely concern.

My Testimonial
As a teacher with a Master's Degree in Education Major in Special Education and Curriculum Development, I know that teaching should start with the child's readiness to learn new things. So, i devised a program that fits to the learner's needs, and as I explored the past Bar Questions digging way back in the 1970's, I saw patterns on how they are presented every year.
- That most of the important topics were already asked before.
- That those important topics were asked in different form or style based on jurisprudence or current issues of that time.
- That the answers were always the same like "No, A is not liable or Yes, A is liable" followed by the word "BECAUSE", and the application of the legal basis to the facts of the case which must follow the exact flow of the reasoning of the legal basis plus a little explanation , if necessary.
- That if there were new topics asked, that would have come from Enbanc and Chairman's Cases.
- And because of the big numbers of examinees and fortunately the availability of technological tools, it is very convenient to search for the legal keywords in your answers and that is the reason why in BLD Program we always emphasize the use of legal keywords in answering Bar Questions.
Are bar questions formidable? Not really. "Mahirap lang siyang intindihin sa Law School dahil maraming lawyers ang nagtuturo pero kakaunti ang professors who know the art of teaching."

Who May Join the Program
Law students, Newly-Grad and Re-Takers of Bar Examinations. I had Bar Passers who are graduates in the 1980's,1990's and 2000's pa. The oldest was 67. Wow! Naalala ko tuloy yung mga 65, 60 and 50 mentees and they said that dumami ang mga senior na lawyers because of BLD Program - the birth of Tsunami of Lawyers starting 2021!
